Chrisboscolo: instead of trying to frame it was whether it's centralised or decentralised, can we frame it in terms of the seciruty guarantees the creator of the DID has over the DID. With https for exmaple, I can create a DID and lose control over the ability to replace the DID Document ✪
Centralisation. Even to the point that it's a permission network is that it's centralized.. the amount of work that's gone into Decentrlaiztion by Design.. you can always debate it, but there's a lot of work going into that ✪
